how do i make a telepocket?

hi all.. i got a small problem..

how do i make a item that will work with Lua script?. i have the lua script all right but. the item always says "This item is not available to you" ect

so if somone could just type up the item.sql or just tell me what all the vaules have to be for the item, then ill update it in the database thanks.

(i wont post the item sql) just tell me the vaules xD thanks
