Horde Hunter Pet

Ok, so I've been playing since the release of Vanilla, but I've never rolled a hordy or a Hunter. Since I just did both, I have no idea what the good tanking pets are for Horde. Or if the stats differ any significant amount between each pet. I just assume a Bear could tank better than a Raptor. So can anyone help me out?

At low level, bear is the best tanking pet because it has a swipe ability, Awesome when pulling mutiple mobs

My favorite tank-type pet is a crocolisk, they have the ability "Snap Back' doing damage to anything that hits them for a short amount of time, so they are really good at tanking multiple things at once. I also really like bears and turtles as tanks.
Leveling a hunter is pretty easy though, so you should pick whatever type you like best!

Echeyakee, Dunno if you can still get him, it's a white lookin' cat in northern barrens, You need to summon him for a quest, I thought he looked pretty cool so I tamed him, this was in Vanilla WoW, and I still have him on my hunter.
