Two accounts and safe powerleveling

Hello I want to get someone to powerlevel my character from lvl 1-70 (he is not using bots), but I have a lot of lvl 60+ in my account and I don't want to risk getting my account banned cause I've put a lot of effort in it.

Anyway, I want to make a new account for powerleveling and then when they got to lvl 70, transfer it to my original account.

Do you know how to transfer a character between two accounts? When creating the new account, should I put the same surname (US: Family name) as the owner of the account eg. The name on my original account is John Smith. When I make the new account should I put down Kelly Smith?

Nah, just use the exact same info, all Blizz wants is to prevent strangers trading chars from account to account. Between your accounts though, they don't mind, cause they get the money -_^

Yeah I would be carefull though cuz if they are looking into the account with the powerleveling they might think when u transfer that you could of purchased that character.
