When i made a BE, once i was done with the Spawn place, when i went to do the " Aiding the Outrunners" quest, i got the package and then i had to go to Falconwing Square, before i went to Falconwing Square, at the person u turn in quest for " Aiding the Outrunners", turn left, you should see a road to a house, You will see a guy from the Blood Knights, lv 30, he has some good stuff, but if you look at his weapon, He has Martin Thunder! so i posted this to warn the Alliance, don't go to the BE spawn, that Blood Knight will kill you in One Hit!
