should i use programms like TOR for scams like, "gamecard duper" e.g. when i create a new email account, upload the keylogger, upload a video on youtube. can something happen to me if someone go to the police? because blizzard always have your ip when you login with your scammed account ingame. or works wow also with tor?

And I doubt it, there are SO many fake videos like that on YouTube where you attach a keylogger onto it and it asks you for your GC.
