PiroX Bot down?

Hello, for the past few hours Piroxbots.com has been offline, and the bot is not working. Any news?

The only news is speculation.
Atm pretty much all the major public bots are suffering from DDoS attacks, it started with Gremlin and eBot, now mimic is down and it seems Pirox has just been targetted as well.

Not sure about PG or gnometools. But ye, you're just going to have to wait for the site to come back up or go to the #pirox channel on Quake Net iirc for more info.
All the attacks on previous sites have been vicious so far, so it may be a while before we see Pirox come back online again.

EDIT: It's back up. Apparently they had server issues, don't think it was a DDoS attack.

Ill bump this thread instead of making a new one, pirox seems down again. Anyone got any news?

EDIT: Nvm, "Servers are currently down, so bot and forums have chance to work sometimes, keep trying and dont stop your bot " is their topic at irc.

Nope currently not. I'm in contact with Pirox, but he can't do much while he is in Italy.

Considering how much time and money he has invested in this. You think he would have a laptop with him. Not that he could fix anything but, at least he could post and make a comment about the situation. I'm sure they have wifi in Italy. Youtube is not exactly a good "official" communication method lol.

I was not aware pirox had website problems until last night when i tried to view the site.

as of 21-aug-2009, the site is still down and according to the irc channels topic:
