Proxy for WoW or hide IP?

Is there a program that u can use with wow to hide the ip address or change it? preferably with no lag
I need one because I have an account which I have scammed and account which is mine and I am wondering if I logged onto the scammed account (which I have never logged onto before) with a different IP address and then trade all the gold and items over to my main account which I can pretend to be a random guy will my main account be banned even though the IPs are different?
