Safe as normal?

I saw that blizz posted that they are doing system checks the other week. Which i am pretty sure are just Computer spec checks, but i am about to buy some gold. So i was wanting to see is it as safe as "normal" to buy gold right now?

They just check computer specs no personal information meaning you will be safe any conversations you have or emails or whatever, so you should be fine! =)

There is always a risk of getting caught buying gold, but this check will not make it more difficult.
