Am I screwed? (SERIOUS)

Ok so I bought a WoW account a while back. I have all info including ID. The thing is the OO recalled it, and I recalled again, and we both sent in IDs. The account got locked, and the OO got it notarized, got it attached to his bnet account, and has a authenticator on it.


Now I have full name, sq/a, address, phone, account name, old password and a scan of an id.


Is there anyway I can get the account back after he sent in a notarized id?

Your screwed, Blizzard won't help period. Account buying and selling and trading is against the ToS.

I can't see ANY means of you getting the account if he's the OO w/ an Authenticator on it.

SO, you are left with 2 options.

A) Walk away (cut your loses and start over). You WILL NOT get this account back.

B) You can't get the account back, SO try and get your money back. I assume you paid a decent sum for this account (most accounts go for a bit more than just pocket change...).

So what you need to do is find ALL the contact you've had with this guy (hopefully you've got some emails or screenshots of IM conversations).
Also find payment records. BIG BAD NEWS FOR THE OO!

Then you need to contact the OO and tell him.

"Because of your decision to try and screw me out of the account that I PAID for, I'm left with no option but to report it to blizzard with the following evidence. This will get the account Perm banned.

Unless you refund me in full, the amount I paid you for this account, I will contact blizzard with our conversations and proof of payment."

Something along those lines should get his attentiont. I would suggest going a route which is NOT considered blackmail {I would suggest outside references on this from someone who is knowledgeable in law} (for it is illegal vs a matter that is just against a games' ToS).
