Hi there guys !
I was wondering about something...
Today I found a guy selling the 'Spectral Tiger' on auction house,
However I asked him if he sold it for anything else but gold.
We made quite a good deal for a good amount of cash (very cheap for a Spectral Tiger)...
However I am unsure how to send him cash and be 100% sure I receive the item I pay for ?

He showed it in a trade with me so he does have it and he's a casual ingame so he prefers IRL cash...

I know I may seem just a leecher but I'm willing to pay $25 to the guy that gives me a solution (or finally donate to this site ^^). We can't trade IRL as I'm from Belgium and he's from Romania.

A secondary question might be: Is the donate section worth it ? I mean the current exploits section doesn't convince me but the community and other forums do allready.

Well you could use paypal but you need a credit card or bank account, and Personally i think for $15 Donater is worth it alot, elite exploits help me make lots of gold level faster etc etc and you some of the bots EG Mr.Fish.it may be donator only soon

Getting something over the internet is dodgy at best unless they guy actually lives very close to you.

Phonecall while you trade maybe, get him to show you some id of who he actually is ie facebook, proof of where he lives somehow and if you pay through paypal with the cash, dont gift it.

Other than that, trust no-one over he internet :P

Well paypal normally doesnt cover Digital items so there is not a way but im pretty sure you can reclaim your money anyway also if he doesnt give you the item i dont think a GM can help imho its dodgy so dont do it

Its a virtual item paypal doesnt support these sales, which means YOU can recall your money and he will be assed out for providing a virtual service he doesnt have proof of. All you need to do if he does dog you is same you never received your service via ticket and poof problem solved.

Hey he doesn't agree with paypal for digital goods, he claims he sold the epic tiger allready (I buy the blue one).
He tells me he used a middleman from a mmobay.net forum (mihail_p is his username)

Anyone can make this legit ?

He wants bank to bank transfer, money bookers, western union or middleman with that guy I linked.

Ask him to put the spectrial tiger card on ebay, with a revealed, claimed but unused reward code. He can state something along the lines of the card will be sent in the mail, and the spectral tiger reward from the game card will be electronically traded upon recieving the money.

List as a trading game card, rather than an actual "vitrual item".

If he doesn't send you the item in game, contact ebay and tell them your item never arrived, and I think they have some sort of refund policy or something, however they deal with the other scams or whatever, should you be ripped off.

Also, ask around on some guild websites of you server, and ask if they have seen anything about spectrum tiger rip off, and check server forums etc to make sure its not a scam.

i agree with itsarogue, looks to me like he's searching for an option to take your cash with no comebacks.

On the other hand, I wouldn't mind acting as a middle man, making a level 1 on your server. Tho I have nothing but my word to put on the line.

Another option: Buy the wow gold from a website, and then just buy it for wow gold like he was originally asking. Might turn out cheaper that way anyway.

This is how I did it just recently (not realizing I could just do the credit card thing on PayPal).
