Scammed Account Selling Tutorial?

Hey guys,

I read that people sell scammed accounts over faked pay pal accounts with VCC and got a few questions...

1) When i want to sign up Paypal with faked Infos , they want my Kontonumber and "Bankleitzahl" (Just know the german word .. ) what should i do ?

2) How does that VCC work and where do i get it?

3) How will i pay it ?

4) How to sell the Scammed accounts?

Is there maybe a tutorial ? I didnt find one

and the site where you can rent your accounts ( VoVgame or sth like that ) doesnt work .. where else could i rent the account?
