    anyway I can call to re-call an account which I bought without it getting locked? what would I say?

    he keeps unlocking it, but keeping it merged.

    You should be able to call them and just say you forgot your password or something.

    But what do you mean by UNLOCKING it?

    they lock it till you send in the form with info on it, and picture ID / birth certificate. I'm pretty sure they'll ask for the e-mail if I say that?
