Scam, get caught?

Hi, is there a risk to get caught when you are scamming?

For example the youtube scam "/run /execute [gamecard here]" etc.

Do I have to go trough a proxy when I put my video on youtube and reading my mails or is it legal?

Under almost any legislation, getting something that belongs too another person in anyway is illegal. Google (youtube's owner) give out IP Addresses to authorities if an investigation is to take place.
