Looking for a Raiding Funserver

I'm looking for a raiding private server. Naxx and Ulduar working of course, and I would love an instant-80 server with mediocre starting gear to get you started raiding. Right now I'm on WowLegacy playing on the PvP realm and, while the system and combat is good, the server DCs once every 15-30 minutes and I'm looking for a new one.

Note how I typed "Private Server?" I play on retail and have done Ulduar and such, and am looking to play a toon that I don't have on retail without having to level it, and I'm not going to buy/trade for an account.
