Account under final reveiw,goes to perma....read please!

Sorry for writting to this section,i did not know where to writte exactly.
Before 5 days i received an email from blizz that says

Type of Violation: Involvement in online trading activities
Investigation Concluded: 10/06/2009
Consequences for Account: Account suspended for 72 hours, Password Reset and Final Warning issued. :::::::


(i was paid a powerleveling site <<Offgamers>> to power level 1 chara 1-5..i said thems that my account got suspended for 72 hours and putted under final warning/REVIEW,and they gave me just 7.62 Euro...for that cause...

after 5 days(now) i still cant log ingame.When i log on the account management page ,it says my account its still suspended,and i says on main screan::::::This account has been temporarily suspended from accessing World of Warcraft. Please note, if your account is under Final Review the duration below is subject to change (up to permanent).:::

today i send email to blizz ,and told ems that i got hacked by chenese guys..etc....with hope that they will unban me.
any good lawyer here,or someone who knows good the rules of the blizzard?? To give me a good exclusion to say to blizzard and ,make thems think i was victim and unban my account and dont lead my account to a perma ban....

any help will be appreciated..

Sometimes they don't reset the ban on time. And by 72 hrs it means 3 days from then, not exact to the hour. So email accountadmin and sit tight.

i received that email and i couldnt log on my account, since 5 days,so i start worrying

You better learn some grammar before you try talking to them.

You should just say you got keylogged or something. But if you have multiple warnings then chances are they won't get rid of it.

the older warnings was only ,cause i got reported for gold scamming ingame.

if they do perm ban you will need to email accountadmin, tell them it was not you. and after this happend you scaned your PC with the help of blizzard phone support and found a few trojans and other viruses. say phone support told you it was a keylogger and you where prob hacked.

they will then check the IPs and see it was a china ip. i just hope you didnt login right after the PLers at anytime.

Thats a little much. My guess is that hes not American, or from an English speaking area, and that the simple fact that he knows a language enough to communicate with us is impressive to say the least.

Hello Epidromeas, I was once in the same situation like you. I had a very good account with 3 70s on it when that was good, and got a final warning on my account for scamming.

The solution is simple, but costs some money. Buy a new account and register with the same name and everything similar to your old account.
Transfer all valuable character you don't want to loose.

You now got all your old characters, on a new clean account without ANY warning or anything.

sadly doesnt works anymore.
once i log to my account via account management,everything its locked..i dont have access to nothing.the only think i see is the stupid text says about the duration of the ban.so i cant do what you said :/

Contest the ban, e-mail them pleading ignorance.

bah.....2 weeks passed or more,still the account its locked under temporarly ban(final warning),and unable to login in game....and they dont answer to my emails ...wtf with thems
