A question about GC/Key marketing sites ..

I was just browsing the review section and came accross this site "offgamers" where they were apparently selling CDkeys for really cheap prices (battlechest for 18eur, which is almost half the blizz/store price here in winland)

Now this does seem kinda fishy to me, is there a catch somewhere, sounds too good to be true, is it? Some1 please explain a bit ..

Its a rather simply question, could some1 answer? Simply put; Why are the prices so much cheaper at site X than at blizz.com? They are hacked CDkeys or stolen? I dont want to throw my money to waste tbh

I have bought like 4 - 5 items off of offgamers, they are legit.

Cool, but why do they need my phonenumber? And do you have any clue why the prices are that what they are there? Sorry, just being careful with this kinda stuff ^^
