Looking for Wow private server partner.

I read forum rules and I checked, and I think this is the place to post. I have been wanting to make a WoW private server for many many years. And I have a couple times, never being successful trying to get it online no Hamachi. Also I have been thinking I travel a lot and wouldnt be able to host and have lots of uptimes. I am looking for a partner to help make a server for or with me, and get it successful. Please contact me or comment this if you would like to. Thanks.

Do you have a host or something where you can setup the server? or will it be on mom's old computer or will it be my new super computer from year 3000?

Post some info, what kind of server are you looking for pvp or pve? mangos? aspire? arcemu?
What patch would you like to have running?
Anyways, if you need some help getting it up i can help

Well i would love to have it Pvp, possibly a Funserver and a Blizlike if i could get both. I would be running from an old comp, but my parents are divorced so uptime would not be a lot, and it would most likely be laggy. I would like to run Arcemu because i heard it was less buggy, but if you have suggestions on a better? And also i would love your help. Thanks
