HUGE PROBLEM, PLEASE help, I need your help mmowned!

Hey MMOwned, its me bowser2222 again.

I have a huge problem, please help me out.

So I was trading between runescape and WoW, so I decide to trade my runescape account for a WoW account since I no longer play.
Everything went fine, I merged battle.net accounts with my original one AND his account and I have full possession of his account.

Now the problem is, I want to Xfer the 2 80's (druid and pally) onto my MAIN account, but it requires a security question - the only thing I do not have. It has been about 1 month and a half now, so I know hes not trying to scam me. The original owner had his FRIEND (which is now in jail) create the account for him, and set his security question.

The owner doesn't know the security question, I don't know it. (The question is: "what city were you born in?")

NOW I TRIED EVERYTHING.. The original owner tried calling his friend, but he won't pick up his cell, and I guessed so many security question answers that it now says I have to call blizzard at their number.

My question is:

WHAT THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW?!
I want to have both level 80s on MY account, on MY server (because they arent on the main server I play on) so I cant just transfer to HIS account.

I don't want this account to get banned and if I call blizzard and ask for my name what do I do then? It is registered to my name, but what would I say my name is- the one on the battle.net account or the original name associated with the account? What do I do now!? I AM SO LOST PLEASE HELP.

If you want to xfer between accounts you got to have the same last name on both accounts, or did I miss something? :O

Call blizard and tell them you dont remember it tell them you went thru this issue last time when your account was hacked but its gonna require you have all the other info such as last name & etc.

If you wanna transfer the toon they should help.

Like he/she said, you need the same last name. and don't try any birthplace your friendsfriend might be from, alot of people simply use 2 passwords for 1 account. 1 actual password and one password as a secret answer, having nothing to do with the question.

I had this same issue, they were really cool about it and had me just tell them my info and they changed it. GL!

When you merge bnet accounts you get to change your security question, right? Or is this a different thing.
