Lost Account

hey guys i found this forum just the other day and have been looking around but unfortunatly havnt found the answer im looking for.

about 2 years ago (just before i quit WoW) i had an account with a few medium lv chars on it. and seeing as i was recently robbed of my xbox 360 and all games i figured being only 14 itd be cheaper to get back into wow then get another xbox. but just the other day when i went to sign in to my account on the website i realised i cant remember my pass, username SQA or anything.. ive tried everything i can remember.. i looked up one of my chars and its the same lvl so i doubt i was hacked.
but because i cant get on that account i need a new one. but at the same time i cant afford a new game (and TBC expansion)

but my question is... is there a way i can get a new serial code for both of them without paying? i just really want an account. thanks in advance.

Uhh, try ringing them. Say "I can't remember myusername - my name is ****"

As long as your name is on the account then they should be able to help you recover it.

really? but what if someone just imitated me with my name? or do they only tell me little info, like my username or something? i cant even remember what email its set to :S

i would have thought it would be my normal email but i havnt got any newsletter or ANYTHING from blizzard so im not sure.

i wont have time to call tomorrow (its 6.30pm now) so is there any chat network i can go on to speak to someone who can help me? thanks again

You may have to send them a scan of a picture id

well i looked on the support pages but turns out for account issues they only have email not phone... so i sent an email with a fill out form for 'I Forgot My Username' but in description i also mentioned other details i forgot.. but hopefully they can trust i am the true owner because no one else will know the characters and realm im in AND my full name and email etc... well i been waiting for reply for an hour now so im presuming it will take a while..

ill post when i find out whats goin on

It has to be a picture of either your passport or driver's license.. Something which is international

so a school ID wont cut it? thats the only thing i have... cept maybe my birth certificate
