Buying an account?

I've been wanting to buy an account for a while now, and have been researching a few sites. The best one was www.buymmoaccounts.com, but recently they have taken all their accounts down and there is nothing listed. Does anyone know what happened?

The other site is www.accounts.net. They seem Ok from what I've seen so far....they have good prices too.

Does anyone have any experience with either of these sites? Or perhaps another?

I really want to experience Outland, but I've leveled so many characters to the mid 40s and early 50s that I just don't have the patience to do it again. Plus, a while ago I ordered a power-leveling service which resulted in getting my account banned, and on my new account I don't have very high level characters.
