Need help! with posting

hi, i've been a member on mmowned for like 50 days it say, but I have not done much or posted or anything. I found a scam I would like to post but it says, and officer has either disabled my account to post or i don't have these privleges. Can someone please help @_@. I think that my scam would do this website good =]

If I remember correctly you need either 5 reputation or 50 posts, though I think its the 5 rep.
