Does anyone know if you transfer a character from a non tbc activated account to a account that is tbc activated if the new character will beable to do the TBC stuff too or will i have to buy a tbc game?

hmm never thought of that but u still have to pay for the transfer so why not just buy tbc?
Yes , that character would be able to do TBC stuff (its as simple as i could put it) .

Keep in mind, though, that to do a cross-account transfer, the names on both accounts must match. I know this doesn't really fit the scope of this question, but had to throw it out there, just incase it wasn't an old account you blew the dust off of.. If you bought one, traded one, whatever, and the names aren't the same, you won't be able to do the transfer.
