My problem is actualy very complicated and ill need in depth analysis to see am i going to get scamed or not but ill ask my question a simple way.
Can i retrieve any kind of information about my Account just with my personal ID and account name +old pass? Im talking about official servers ofcourse.Ive heard that blizzard looks at the account name and account owner's ID and if the acc name matches the name on the ID theres a big chance that they will retrieve any info about your account...So im asking is this true or not?

if you have your id and your account info yes you can get it back.
if you bought a account you can still get it back with the right hook up.
ie: fake id etc

Well im gonna buy a account. But the person that is selling it gave me his personal ID,acc name and pass and said that if he tries to scam me i can retrieve his account with the info he gave me. It sounds a bit tricky so i wanted to know more details about this acc retrevial thingy.
