My Account is banned.. what to do?

Hey guys,

Yesterday i was hacked and i wrote a GM ticket. Blizzard seems to checked IPs and permabanned my account. I had xmanlevel service, and their website got hacked -> my account also. What can i do now? How can i get my account back? I can say that i didnt play for a few days and dont know what happened, etc.

What is the best method to unban an account? PLEASE help

If you can, try emailing Blizzard for a appeal for the perma-ban and explain your situation, but if they checked IP's then they know that XmanLevel Services were using your account, they don't like that sorta thing. But if i'm correct someone on the forums here offers a service to write blizzard some convincing letters to appeal a ban (That's if do-it-yourself fails :P)..For a price ofc. If I find the thread, I shall forward it to you!

but there is a chance of getting it back? I said that i was hacked, and they used my account for playing and online trading etc. without me knowing that. Hope this will work

i would download a keylogger make your antivirus detect it, make screenshot and photoshop the date of the scan-report and say you didnt knew that keylogger means so you tought its a virus that had nothing to do with wow. Thats what i would have done.
Or you can always say you were on holidays in Asia and played from your hotelroom there, but that depends on if they banned your account for economy exploitation or loggin from foreign country's IP !?

well tons of people get this issue, just mail them or call them and they will fix the stuff.

Still dont click on forum links that got weird url's, this mostly contains keyloggers

Right, I managed to get my own account out from a perm. ban recently.

As long as you're original owner, it shouldn't be a problem at all, actually, it should be a walk in the park.

Right, what ever you do, do not appologize, and do not admit you bought powerleveling.

I got banned for in game trades of currency, which I didn't actually do, I had some people renting my account.

I basically wrote a message complaining asking what happen, saying I barely ever log into the account myself, and when I do/did, I never stayed on for long, and that I never had any time of doing anything illegal.

Basically what you do, is you make up a good excuse, which could be true, and you provide them with what ever information is requierd.

I'll tell you this from experience because i've been banned 3 times for stupid stuff. Honestly THERE IS NOTHING you can do. Once Blizz bans you, even if it is a mistake or not legit, They won't turn back on it. Sorry bro but don't even try. I tried everything to get my 80 Pally unbanned and no matter what they would not unban it.
