Incomplete Town in Dun Morogh/Wetlands?

I read about a supposed "incomplete town" in Dun Morogh/Wetlands, where you can buy epic mounts for 1g and sell them for their normal sell price, which sounds too good to be true... *drools at the thought*

I've went all along Dun Morogh and the Wetlands using various methods, and the only town I can find is the one at the bottom of the Ironforge Airport, with the farms and the tunnel that can get you into Old Ironforge. There's a stable, yes, but the NPCs there are just Kharanos NPCs really, and no mount vendors, so I'm beginning to think this is a load of piffle.

Does anyone know anything to the contrary?

never heard of anything like that, but if it was anywhere, it may be up at that one blured out lake on top of the mountain. this has me intrigued though, so ill look around too

All i know is this lil farm near the airbase.

there are a couple farms around the dun morogh/wetlands area, though, i have yet to find one that buy and sell mounts

Ok ive been to that spot on the mountain that is still brown and its just a lake nothing more
