Casino's are annoying

Casino's are really annoying. I've looked around the site as much as possible and without +5 rep cant search. I want to know of a way to always roll high to scam casinos out of there money.

You know that those people running those 'Casinos' are actually committing a bannable offence? Threaten to get them banned if they don't give you all their gold (nothing about blackmail afaik).

Kingofrock. The casinos are lifted in the US, not EU servers.

Loads of people got banned on my EU server, and a few others when one level one bank alt made a casino, I thought US would be the same but oh well.

Us ToS the casinos are allowed.
UK ToS the casinos are bannable.

So off topic these made me mad. I was on the arena realms and tried one and got up to 9000, thought I would quit but remembered they were ending tomorrow, so I bet all 9000 and rolled a ~90, 18000g, pfft. So I get on live and see one and bet 50g, 40, bet another 30g, another ~40, I quit but decide later I HAVE TO WIN. So I come and bet another 20g, and roll a 1. These things make me so mad. D:
