Best way to get gear to naked account?

I have naked lvl 70 draenei shaman. WHat is the best way to get good gear again? What's best place to farm for profit as a naked char?

how did you get nekid, well if you got hacked or you vendored / deleted it on purpose, just say to GM you had to much drink on a party last night, they will 99% give you your lost gear. If not well just go to lvl 40-50 instances and get blue gear from there, and whne you get the 40-50 gear grind for primals, or do lvl 70 instances to get gear.
