Buying from Mind Controlled Vendors

So...

Does anyone still check to see if you can buy from mind controlled vendors? This has been known to break every so often, even though they've patched it out twice.

I'd like someone to check this out on test and live.

I know most mount vendors were made MC immune and most mounts were given racial restrictions... But I know one opposite faction vendor that isn't immune to MC who sells something I want that would be LEGENDARY. I don't want to tip my hand until it's confirmed possible because I know stuff gets reported for patching sometimes after being posted here or causing too much of a stir.

I'd really appreciate it if someone would test this out on both live and test right now since I'm taking time off from WoW.

whats there to test if you don't mention which mob to test it on

Grunnda Wolfheart and Gaelden Hammersmith are both resistant but not immune and each sell some interesting faction-specific items. Each are placed delicately so that you have to position them carefully so as not to aggro other mobs but I've MCed Grunnda before with the Gnomish MC Helm and managed to keep her out of combat for a few seconds.

Given the low chance of this working and the point that faction currencies differ... Well, I can see where people might need more incentive to test this.

Here's a BIG hint: The mounts they sell are not race restricted and could theoretically be learned by the opposite faction if you could purchase them. Likewise with the AV tabards.

Just Tried it....the Target Become Friendly Ofcourse but u can't buy from it.

so badly wanted this mount.
