How would you handle this? (getting a sold account back)

hello,

unfortunately, my account got perma banned by blizzard. now i'm thinking of how i can get one of my sold accounts back.

4 months ago, i sold an account on ebay, a level 80 druid. i think i should get that account back by sending blizz a copy of my identity card/cd-keys and all the other acc info's (SQ/SA etc..).

but

i did this technique several years ago with another acc (sold on ebay, recovered a few months later). i got called by the police because of ebay deceit. luckily, i could trick them and they believed me. but i dont wanna be called by the police a second time (besides, they would be skeptical this time).

i want to let it look like blizzard banned this account. i would send a fake email to the account owner and after he received, i change the account password. i know that he won't get the message that the acc is banned when he tries to log-in (he gets the message that the account infos don't fit) but he seemed not to be clever guy when i phond with him after the ebay auction was finished (he asked me why he can't change the character to his own account (of course, my account had a different owners name than his o_O)).

Unfortunately, i don't know his email-adresse.

I would go ahead and just call it back. In all honesty, It's against Ebay's terms of service to even sell the account anymore, so it should of not been sold anyhow. You can't get into any trouble, I wouldn't think

yes... so andy this is definately the wrong forum for you. what if he talked the person into giveing the money back and then getting the account back would that make u feel better?
