Scamming Accounts URGENT

So, I've used a SQ/A and Account name scam that recently popped up. It works great through trickery, but I'm worried about some of the legal implications. Can I be sued / arrested? Can the victim take legal action against me?

I cannot resist the urge anymore, I can easily take 5 - 6 accounts now. :confused:
