Shamans and glitched totems

Ive been through many repacks and have compiled a bunch of servers myself. but one thing i never adressed was those shammy totems that dont do a dam thing.... im currently using vampirism's repack and i am satisfied with its minor ammount of bugs compared to other repacks ive had. i just wanna know if i can get these totems casting properly and basicly how. It would be nice to see ppl playing shammys on my realm since im lookin at making a pvp/BG server.
