well most of these didnt acept characters under 75. Anyone know a good one for 60s?

Your best bet will be a game-trading site where the users buy/trade/sell accounts privately.

Of course always try and deal with higher rated members and use safe selling practices.

For this I reccomend MarkeeDragon.com sign up on their forums and start posting.

The only other way I'd say is worth looking into is PlayerAuctions.com which is basically like ebay for mmo items/accounts
