Something going on in Hellfire ramparts?

On my server theres unguilded/tallented lvl 60 rogues with like start zone gear constantly zoning in and out of ramparts. Like they have been doing it nonstop for about 2 days now. Like look at this guy "Bitla" and this one "Roxxargo" from black dragonflight (US)

...almost 300 5 man instances entered.. I mean seriously, theres about 20-25 of em doing this lol. There not lvling, theres no way they are farming chests or actually reseting the instance because the 5 instance limit would own them plus they are zoning in and out every min or so. So idk. The guy in start zone gear with no weapon skill is the one that really go me to wondering heh.

Anyone have any guesses as to what there up to?

Anyways I havent seen anything posted anywhere about what could possibly be going on in there so I thought ide leave you all some brain candy.

you sure there's not a level 80 in there? maybe he raffed the some toons and the granted levels to the rogue with starting gear all the way to 60...otherwise i dont know what could be going on in there...

Like Shiri'Lahndis said, it could be hacks, or it might just be a meeting with friends. YOu say theu are unguilded, that cancels guild meeting out... hmm very very strange.

I have seen this too, but did not put any thought into it. It is almost always a rogue, and all they do is jump in and out of the instances every 30 seconds or so. They do not interact, just zone in and few seconds later they are back out.
