epic flyer?

im at about 4500 gold that is going towards my epic flying mount but im just wondering do i have to train expert flying before i can train artisan or can i just train artisan right away ?

u have to get the 225 skill before the 300, so its gonna cost you 6k total, And you also have to pay 1000 more to be able to use ure mount in northrend 77+
