What is a first time hacking penalty for say a speedhack? And could my main account get the blame if I use a free trial?

If you use a free trial, that was given by your main account, then yes, they will trace it back to you and give you a penalty as well. (Tho they cant trace free trials in EU, so if you use EU version, then they cant)
