Best leveling areas? 65+

Hello!

I'm going to ask where the best leveling zones are! As my deathknight is level 65 I wonder where I should go and when... I'm currently in Nagrand and I find it painful as it's almost just kill quests...

So when and where should I move on?

65: Nagrand?
66: ???
67: ???
68: ???
69: ???
70: ???
71: ???
72: ???
73: ???
74: ???
75: ???
76: ???
77: ???
78: ???
79: ???

I was mostly thinking of when to move on in Outlands though but (even though I didn't say that )...

65: Nagrand

66: BEM

67: Netherstorm or Shadowmoon, I got the first half of my level in Netherstorm and the second half in Shadowmoon because the quests were easier for me.

68: Borean Tundra

69: Borean Tundra

70: Borean Tundra

71: Dragonblight (for horde, make sure you do all quests in Venomspite, you don't want to miss out on the Wrath Gate quest.)

72: Dragonblight

73: Grizzly Hills

74: Grizzly Hills/Zul'drak (both about equal difficulty at this level)

75: Zul'drak

76: Sholazar Basin

77: Sholazar Basin

78: Icecrown then Storm peaks (do the Argent Vanguard questline first you get very nice quest rewards, then move on to K3 in Storm Peaks)

79: Storm Peaks/Icecrown (whichever you prefer)

Note: This is based on my own levelling experiences and preferences. Also this could differ for Alliance as it is a good way to level for horde.)

I'd prefer Netherstorm over Shadowmoon, the quests seems more straightforward to do

I agree that Borean Tundra is great location

Yeah normally I don't spend more than 2 levels in a location, if one zone gets boring, move on to another zone of the same level, you WILL level quicker this way. Borean Tundra (like outland) gives the first few levels with very little work. Howling Fjord just isn't as good imo.

List is a good guide for leveling spots. The only thing I did different was I went to both Howling Fjord and Borean Tundra, they both had many easy quests to complete for quick xp. Also I spent 78-80 in icecrown because I had my epic flyer and I could do quests very quickly

Grind quests in Netherstorm/SMV until 68, then head to Northrend ASAP. Not too difficult, grind and do quests/instances as much as possible once you're in Northrend.

Took nearly 1 Million xp / hour in Borean Tundra as rogue/priest. So that's an AWESOME place if you know the quests. Short distances to run, and easy quests.

Advise against going to Howling Fjord (if you're Horde) and vice versa. They're slanted in favour of each faction, to make leveling easier
