Re-spec decay?

So I was bored and I was reading the patch notes from old patches (its kinda weird to go back now and see those changes) and saw on patch 1.11.0

"The cost to unlearn talents will now decay over time. This cost will be reduced by a rate of 5 gold per month to a minimum of 10 gold. "

Does this still apply? Or did it get removed?

It still applies. =)

Also, if you respect on the 5th, and you respec again on the 12th lets say, your respec cost will go down 5g on the 5th, not the 12th. ( well, it will also go down 5g the 12th assuming you are over the 10g limit. )

hmm i didnt know this...i wonder why mines not at 10g because i never respec until today and it costed 25g
