[QUESTION][EMU] Questions about private servers:

I have decided to create an own private server, I have a few questions that I want someone who know what he/she's talking about to answer.

Here they come:

• 1. If my server would have 3,000+ online on one realm, which hardware would I need?
  2. Which emulator is "best" to use, give me a few + and -.
  3. Is there illegal to run a private server?
  4. Can I run a private server on a 28/1 line, ADSL2+ Paradyne - Premium? (Finland)
  5. Can someone explain what SVN does?

I will maybe add some more questions later but I can't find any more question at the moment.


I would also like to request a website that would be fully created by you, all pictures and every text. That guy that will do this will get +Rep every day in one week. The theme would be WOTLK, but I want it really clean and not many pictures thats pointing at WOTLK, it does not matter if the site is light or dark. The name on the site will be Zorize.


I would also like to request a banner which would have theme WOTLK and be very unique, make it like you want it. The banner must be animated and contain the word Zorize. When this banner is maded and accepted I will +Rep you every day in one week. Size on banner: 468px × 60px.
