Got banned need unban letter please!

Well i got banned for

Access to this account has been permanently disabled for exploitation of the World of Warcraft economy or for being associated to accounts which have been closed for intended exploitation.

So can someone write me an unban letter that will get my account back, i dont want this account to be unbanned.

I'm not positive, but I think only Locked accounts can be re-opened, and closed accounts can't.
