UK pays more than rest!

Has anyone ever thought about complaining to Blizzard that ppl in the UK have to pay more?
if you calculate everything into euro's, you can see that sometimes, the ppl in the UK have to pay 10 euro's more. i know its not much at some points, but if you add it all up, it could go up to 70 euro's a year.
