Help with patches

Hello, silly question, but i need help with it.

Is it possible to put the patches on a CD and give it to someone to put it on his computer, so he doesnt have to download all the GB-sized patches.
And if it is possible, witch folder would i need to copy, because i have a bunch of Blizzard downloaders, uploaders and so on, and im not sure which file to put on the CD as the patch file.

i wouldn't that would be hard if at all it worked. Patches arn't that bad, id take the easy way out here.
