It is real, there is a bug on the forums that permits some to access it without an alpha account.

That should be compression artifacts.
And if you really wanted to fake this, you could easily do it by downloading a thread and changing the text.

It's because of the file format. JPGs do that.

It seems like the bug has been fixed and now it's impossible to enter the forum without a legit Alpha account.

It is real, there is a bug on the forums that permits some to access it without an alpha account.
