    VMWare 6.5 and DirectX 9.0c

I'm not sure if this has been covered already, but the other day I became aware that the new version of VMWare supports DirectX 9.0c. So, I finally got around to installing the new version and making a new XP virtual machine.

The realms (US) are still down right now, so I'm unable to get an actual gameplay screenshot, but this is very cool news.

EDIT: On a side note, there are quite a few cool new features with 6.5. One of them is the ability to easily record movies. Looks like it doesn't do too well with DirectX though [ame="http://www.vimeo.com/2223216"]Untitled on Vimeo[/ame]
