Maintenance and Banned Accounts

I've heard about a whole lot of access to banned accounts when Account Admin is down.

a) Is this true
b) How long is it usually down for?
c) When is the next one, if it works? (and if anyone knows) and how often is it?

B. I don't know what you mean by "Account Admin." Account Admin (Account Administration) is Blizzard's department that investigates players for rule breaking. They handle bans and ban disputes. They operate 24/7/365, so they are never "down."

hes probably referring to a post made along while back on these forums of an exploit allowing you to login to the game (on a banned / suspended account) if the Account Management page is down for maintenance, sometimes they bring it down for maintenance...but as far as this working still, I do not know. :wave:

Posts have been up about banned/unbanned accounts being accessable at certain times. Anyone else have an idea?

Yeah it did work a long time ago on US then they nerfed US and it worked on EU, but I'm 80% sure it doesnt anymore.
