Twinks dead?

I just read that WotLK was killing twinks, is this true, and if so, how?

Sapposedly you will be able to gain Exp in BGs.

It will be an option to turn in marks for exp.
Only an option though, Twinks arent dead. If anything, with the professions level req removal, theyre better now

Why is that?

Because then twinks can make higher level stuff from professions, aka better gear.

If that is what was meant, I am just assuming by the initial comment (I don't play WoW atm).

*whispers*you can only twink up to level 69 since there is no best armor at level 70

As some dev said it will be on par with the rare gear, so no more pwnage from twink with rare gear and enchants on other players with unenchanted uncommon gear since everybody would have the same or about the same level gear unless they're not alternate character.

Why is that?

You get bonuses for highly leveled professions. Herb gives you a HoT, Mining gives HP, etc...

Well don't they already have people seperated from their armor. I thought I saw that in 2.4 patch notes. So it's already just twink vs. twink.

Those are WotLK badge rewards. There are only shoulderpads and weapons and trinkets though. They're Badge of Heroism rewards so, they're basically for leveling.
