i need a DETAILED step by step guide on how to download and use addons from curse-gaming.com

1. Download WinRaR at http://www.rarlabs.com if you don't got it.
2. Select the add0n you want to download.
3. Select Download and then wait for it to start.
4. When you get a option if you want to save or open just pick one of your choice.
5. Open the file and chose Extract
6. Extract the files too \World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns
7. Restart WoW if it's open, else start it and log-in and you should have AddOn button at the left side on the screen.

theres like 50,000 choices, can u get a screen shot of the correct option highlighted for windows
