Hallowed Be Thy Name?

I've been hearing rumors about Blizzard nerfing the "Mask for All Occasions" achievement so you could get the title easier, can anybody confirm this? I've looked and looked and looked and I've not come across a single thing.

there is line:
# Removed “A Mask for All Occassions” as criteria for the “Hallowed Be thy Name” meta achievement.

There is also blue post somewhere at the official forums, but I cant find it :/
