Took back a sold account - Threatened

I sold my Main account for around six months ago because i was tired of WoW. Then recently I E-Mailed blizzard with my ID-Card etc and i reclaimed it and now he is threatening me with E-Mails saying he will press charges on me if i dont give him back his money or give the account back and if I dont he will go "One step further" he writes. Should I just give him the account back or do I got any chance going away without getting my face smashed or the police hunting me?

How much money did you take? Honestly he can't really press charges, but it's your call morally.

If he believes you then pretend to help him and keep the account.

I will try it. Is it possible for me to send a fake E-Mail from Blizzard that the account is banned for "Account trading" ?

Yes, of course. Fake email senders are all over the place. They're vital for scamming.

    Here's a good one:

    SOOM.cz - Fake Mailer

The site is in Polish/Czech or something, but there are English instructions for the fake mailer. You can test it out for yourself with your own email, to make sure the email will display exactly what you want.
