Act to Act transfer?

Am i able to transfer a charcter form one account to another account while one of the accounts is frozen?


Eg,

Account Joe has Shiggty on it but his account is frozen. and i want to Xfer shiggty to My account pizzaman. Can it be done?

All of the information is the same execpt for the accounts name..eg..

Joe SHmo
37 backspace drive.
889-9328

Pizza Man
37 backspace drive.
889-9328.

Does that information have to be the same?

That's because you probably can't transfer while one account is frozen

Hmm, I don't believe that it is possible to transfer characters from one account to another. Server to server, yes, but I'm 40% sure not account to account. Unless I'm way off-topic on what you're talking about . Sorry, if I am wrong in any way.

i just transferred a char from one account to another the other day so it is possible

but the two accounts be be based at the same address and have same contact info ect.

I tried this...it didn't work so I called blizzard. The bottom line is the two account holders NAMES must match. You can change almost all the info on an account EXCEPT the account holders name. So I don't think you will be able to transfer because the account holder's names aren't identical. Very frustrating but that's the way it is.
