She used slow fall, from noggenfogger or another item. Thats all there is too it.

yes, it was a Noggenfogger Elixir, and on a side note she was VERY good

it's one of three buffs, and also the rarest, just keep using Noggenfogger until you get it

THere is a potion for slowfall, I believe....or get a lot of Noggenfogger and literally booze on it.
